Unconditional Love Doula Organization provides a variety of doula services for birthing individuals and their families regardless of their socioeconomic status across the New York City area. We believe in affordable doula care for all. No one should birth alone. No one should come home alone. We are here to help.

Education & Support

Childbirth Education

Learn the physiological normal process of birth. This class covers the stages of labor, natural pain coping techniques and more. We offer a few options of class format to fit your schedule.

Newborn Care

Class which covers the essentials for the first 3 months of an infant’s life, lovingly known as The Fourth Trimester. Preparing expectant and new parents on how to care for the baby and postpartum recovery of the birthing person. This class encourages partners and close caregiver participation.

Nutrition for Pregnancy

Learn about optimal food choices to keep yourself nourished during your pregnancy.

Fatherhood Classes

To provide new and expecting Fathers with basic skills and confidence before their baby arrives. Supporting new Fathers in creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with their children.

Pregnancy

Birth Doula Support

Support during pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of the postpartum period for birthing parent and the family. Doulas offer non-medical support, they are there for emotional and mental and physical support.

Postpartum Planning

Helping you get organized before the birth of your child.

Lactation Education

Lactation basics class for expectant birth parent and their partners, covers the early hours, days and weeks of milk production and infant feeding. An IBCLC will help support you in your feeding goals

Yoga & Movement

Gentle prenatal and postpartum classes to help support your growing belly and postpartum to help you get back into your body alignment.

Postpartum

Postpartum Doula Support

Provides information and support to help families transition to Parenthood in a non-judgemental environment. Postpartum doulas are also able to help with light housework, meal preparation and home/nursery organization.

Overnight Postpartum Doula Support

Sleep is very important for recovery for postpartum mom! With the nurturing hands of one of our overnight doulas to help with your bundle of joy, we provide the loving support your household needs during your postpartum journey.

Lactation Support

Lactation support in the early weeks to help establish an adequate milk supply and attain your feeding goals.

Sibling Support

Sibling doulas are birth or postpartum doulas that support older siblings in their process of becoming big siblings, while supporting the whole household through the transition. We are with the big sibling while you are in labor, postpartum, or both.
