Our Vision

By offering compassionate care and evidence-based information, we aim to enhance the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of birthing individuals and their families.

We recognize the importance of fostering strong connections within our community and collaborating with local healthcare providers and organizations to ensure continuity of care and access to resources.
Our Story
Co-founders Tiombe and LaShanda met over a decade ago and have been collaborating on Black Maternal Health Projects & Policies ever since!

With Tiombe’s experience as a birth and postpartum doula through Illuminating Doula Services and LaShanda’s background in lactation consulting, they found that their service and care for clients was vital to helping birthing individuals and their families thrive in the early postpartum.

Unconditional Love Doula Organization is our shared vision of offering this level and quality care and service to more families in our community.

We are a Black-led organization of Maternal Health Professionals dedicated to providing access to support that every family deserves through their pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood journey.
